Go to the website below and work through each slide of the lesson. Work through examples and pay close attention to diatomic molecules and polyatomic ions that appear in the examples.

On a separate piece of paper:
1. Write down the 7 diatomic molecules 4 times (Helga Clearly Brought It...). Memorize them and use your knowledge of the 7 diatomic molecules to complete the problems below.
2. Balance the reactions shown below. Include the table of atoms/polyatomic ions below each set of products and each set of reactants. (USE COEFFICIENTS TO BALANCE EQUATIONS).
3. Label the reaction type. (synthesis, decomposition,...)
